Here at Costumexpress we take pride in offering our customers a large range of quality costumes and accessories with an express delivery service.
We maintain a high stock level at all times but should the product you require be out of stock please contact us for an expected date for re stocking.
To make a purchase
Purchasing from our website is just so easy. On the left side of the page you simply click on the category you require and you will be able to view the choices available within this category. Next click on the sub category of your choice and view all costumes available for purchase in this range.
Simply Click on the item you require for enlarged viewing and details and if satisfied select
a) the size required
b) the delivery option
c)Accessories as required
and then add to shopping cart.
Click on "View Basket" at any time to review your purchases and then continue to checkout. At checkout you will be asked for details in order to process the purchase.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, Cheque and Postal Order.
All purchases via costumexpress website must be paid for through Paypal. There is no extra charge to you the customer for using this secure service.
If you wish to pay by Cheque or Postal Order you must place your order by telephone.
Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to : Pat McGann Productions Ltd.
Order will not be shipped until cheque is cleared by bank.

Returns Policy
Costumes purchased from costumexpress.ie may be returned for refund within seven working days from delivery/receipt of same.
Wigs and accessories are non returnable.
Before returning goods please contact us. You will be issued with a returns reference number which must accompany returned goods.
Goods must be returned in original packaging as supplied and in perfect condition without use or damage.
Any goods supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned if opened.
You are responsible for the cost and risk incurred on returning goods. We recommend that goods be returned by registered post.
We regret that our packing, shipping and insurance cost to you cannot be refunded. |
